Delete Your Data

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)

1. Log in to Podium at app.podium.co.ke
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Select Delete account
4. Confirm — your personal data is queued for deletion

Deletion removes your personal profile. Business records retained for legal/accounting purposes are anonymised.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email [email protected]from the address linked to your account with the subject"Delete my data". We verify ownership and process within 7 days.

Export first — your data belongs to you

Before deleting, you can export everything: clients, appointments, sales and staff records. In the app:Settings → Export. Or request an export by email and we'll provide it before deletion.

What gets deleted vs retained

• Deleted: personal profiles, client records, contact details, non-legal business records
• Retained (anonymised): financial/transaction records Kenyan law requires businesses to keep, detached from personal identifiers

Website-only visitors

If you only used this website (demo form, no account): email us with the address you used, and we'll delete your enquiry details.
