Cookies in the Podium application
When you log in to the Podium application (app.podium.co.ke), we set two strictly-necessary authentication cookies:
- accessToken — keeps you signed in during your session
- refreshToken — keeps you signed in across sessions (if you chose "Remember me")
These are strictly necessary for the service to function — they cannot be disabled without breaking login, and they are never used for tracking.
Local storage
The application stores your display name and workspace details in your browser's local storage so the interface can personalise without re-fetching. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Third parties
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregates page visits without identifying individuals
- Fonts: self-hosted — no cookie-setting third parties
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Logging out of Podium removes the authentication cookies.
